Challenge

Core company processes needed to be brought together in ONE structured solution. The client's brief: "Our entire project management, in our pocket."

Protocols, documents, photos, audits, and existing processes had to be analyzed and translated into a new, unified information and decision structure. Tools such as mind maps and design thinking were used along the way.

Wireframing, Design System & Prototyping

Once all data and the information architecture were in place, wireframes and a matching design system were drafted. The wireframes and design system were then carried into a high-fidelity prototype. With the design phase complete, the prototype was handed to the development team for implementation as part of a kick-off.

An Efficient Ecosystem

With the build complete, the client can now manage internal processes and audit-relevant project sites through this comprehensive product — leaner, paperless, and audit-proof. The product continues to be extended with additional features such as route planning, time tracking, and rights management.
