eCommerce Redesign
A technical relaunch of the aging online shop was the occasion — I was brought in to redesign it.
The redesign needed to be examined and optimized both visually and for conversion. As part of that, the client's corporate design was refreshed with the target audience and modern UI elements in mind.

An Iterative Design Process
We ran qualitative interviews with sales and marketing, and built personas to pin down what the target audience actually needed.
Those findings were then carried into prototypes and continuously refined against the audience's needs through an iterative process.

Result
A Modern, Optimized eCommerce Landscape
After the redesign launched, the client confirmed both higher conversion rates and fewer complaints, thanks to an improved checkout process.
Post-launch, the shop was steadily extended with further digital add-ons, such as a flooring installation service and promotional campaigns, continuously improving on the MVP.
