I design complex digital products — and I lead the teams and processes that bring them to life. What makes my profile unusual is a combination of three perspectives that rarely come together: a degree as a state-certified business economist (marketing & sales), training as a digital and print media designer, and several years as a Senior UX/UI Designer with team leadership responsibility. When it helps, I prototype ideas directly in code. That lets me think about products from a business, user, and implementation perspective at once — and translate between business, design, and engineering.

Both have more to do with my work than you'd think: drumming is timing and interplay; sailing is thinking ahead, staying calm when it gets gusty, and working with whatever wind you're actually given.
